Small Group Training
Introducing Small Group Training for 3 to 5 people, with one of our skilled, certified Personal Trainers! Gather some friends or sign up to be placed with others. 1 hour group sessions offered once a week or twice a week, scheduled around your group’s availability. Small Group Training programs run 4 consecutive weeks; specific days and times are scheduled in advance with your trainer. Get signed up today!
