This class is a great way to wind down from a long work day and get a great conditioning workout that’s fun and gratifying. You will learn exercises for all major muscle groups that incorporate strength, flexibility, agility, and cardiovascular exercises. You’ll see some terrific results over the course of the class! This class is a more intense aerobic/strength workout.
