This class will show how to effectively incorporate weights into your workout routine. An ideal class for those interested in learning more about weight training or looking for a short and effective class to participate in. Class will focus directly on: o Agility o Balance o Core stabilization o Strength
Days: Friday Session 2: February 3 - 17, 3 weeks
