Reap the rewards of this low impact water class! This class integrates a variety of water aerobic techniques and equipment to maximize your cardiovascular workout, build endurance, and increase flexibility. Offering you the opportunity to vary the intensity level, this class is designed for both beginners and veterans.
Days: Tuesday/Thursday
Session 2: January 31 - March 1; No Class: February 21, 23
Time: 6:45 - 7:30pm
Cost: $48/M; $64/NM Drop in: $9/M; $12/NM
