This group has mastered the benefits of combining a fun social environment with a healthy water workout. Pick up your heart rate with a low-impact, shallow water workout designed to improve flexibility and reduce pressure on joints. You will build muscle & cardiovascular strength while moving at your own pace. Renew energy & feel good about adding a healthy activity to your schedule!
