Continual body movement at zero gravity! This weightless workout strengthens and conditions your body using a combination of water workout tools such as floatation belts, webbed gloves, and underwater weights. Blending interval and endurance training, this class utilizes stretching, cardiovascular challenge, resistance training, and targets your legs, arms, and abdominal muscles. Equipment provided. Tuesday the focus is on cardio with resistance elements. Thursdays emphasize resistance and range of motion with an aerobic component. Come feel the difference of a deep-water workout!
